REFUND POLICY

STORE CREDIT ONLY. MONEY BACK REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Store Credit is accepted for merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags still attached. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange or store credit.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any sale items, including purchases made using website discounts and/or discount codes.
Orders approved for store credit will receive online store credit only, with no exceptions.
Please note that Online Store policies may differ from In-Store policies. Thank you.
ALL ORDERS HAVE A 24 BUSINESS HOUR PROCESSING TIME.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES, AS CARRIERS MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

What items are returnable?
Only full-price items are eligible for Store Credit within 7 days from the date of delivery. All SALE items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your returns.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are full-price items within the 10 day return window. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email your order # to skoposfashionboutique@gmail.com

Who pays for the return?
If you are in the US, we will cover the return shipping for you.
However, returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total.
Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international orders.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods like swimwear and accessories, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. It is the receiver's responsibility to locate packages. We will assist you and submit a claim if necessary. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address where someone can receive your package.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed about your return.
